A while back I
blogged about a project I was restarting after a few years of procrastination. This weekend I finally finished the painting stage of my bed refinishing project. I recently bought a townhouse, and the realization that I wouldn't have anything to move into it got me motivated to actually get the job done.
My dad arranged a sweet set-up for me to spray-paint the head and foot boards. It consisted of some cardboard, some wire to suspend the pieces from the garage door rails and some million-degree halogen work lamps. I did quite a bit of the painting myself, but since I'm not a graffiti expert, my hand started to cramp up from pressing the sprayer down. Fortunately, my dad was there and was excited to jump in and help me out.
